Our honey products include cherry blossom honey, acacia honey, Styrax tree honey, and chestnut honey. These are harvested by bees raised in an eco-friendly manner, matured for over three months, and moisture-controlled at low temperatures. Unlike commercially distributed honey, our premium honey retains its beneficial active compounds, such as flavonoids, polyphenols, vitamins (B-complex, C, etc.), and minerals (calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium), which support immune function, bone health, and nerve regulation. It also contains organic acids (citric acid, formic acid, etc.), which aid digestion and detoxification, making it both delicious and nutritious.
