Our Story

Confectionery Haru"Yeongwa" is a type of traditional Korean confection documented in the literature from the Joseon Dynasty in the 18th century, which initially meant "soft candy." Confectionery Haru makes Yeongwa by reinterpreting traditional Korean sweets to suit the taste of modern people. We carefully select local specialties, use them as the main ingredient, and add milk and agar to give them the soft and chewy texture our customers grew to love.We make a limited quantity every day in a 100% handcrafted method. The stubborn process of cooking, abiding by strict standards, is our secret recipe that makes the original taste of the ingredients even more flavorful. We hope to make your ordinary day special with the Yeongwa you can only taste at Confectionery Haru. How to storeThe expiration date is one month from the date of manufacture when stored at room temperature. Store in a cool and dry place, away from any heat and light source, including direct sunlight. If you do not consume it immediately after opening, store it in an airtight container and refrigerate it.Refrigerated Yeongwa can be firm, so we recommend leaving them at room temperature for a few minutes until the texture is soft and chewy. Enjoy Yeongwa with a cup of coffee or tea, which makes a harmonious combination.
